Brenda Jones – Hygienist
Brenda is a registered dental hygienist. She earned her RDH at Tarrant County Community College. She is married to her best friend and has 2 awesome children. Brenda has worked with Dr. Spear since 2010. She currently resides in North Richland Hills. Brenda enjoys music, watching movies with her family and loving on her fur babies.
Melissa Harmon – Hygienist
Melissa has been a dental hygienist since 2014, and has worked for Dr. Spear since 2018. Melissa achieved her RDH at Howard College in Big Spring, Texas.
Susan Lamle – Office Assistant
Susan joined Dr. Spear’s team in 2022. Behind her beautiful smile is a woman who is passionate about getting to know all of the patients and making sure they receive quality service and attention through the administrative office. She has 30 years of experience in dental administration and can be counted on to guide the patients with their dental insurance questions.
Susan was born and raised in Fort Worth and currently resides in Arlington with her husband, their son, and her Siberian Husky. She loves spending time outdoors, camping, and gardening.
Melissa Hovey – Office Assistant
Melissa is from Burleson and attended Tarleton State University. She started her dental career as a dental assistant and her favorite aspect of dentistry is patient care and building relationships with the patients. She is an avid hiker who likes to attend concerts, paddleboard and travel. She has two children, a son who attends ACU and a daughter at North Crowley HS.
Alyssa Grady – Dental Assistant
Alyssa is originally from Farmington, NM, and came from a very big family of 8 siblings. She did on-the-job training at a pediatric office to be an assistant right out of high school. Then she received her registered dental assistant license through the state of Texas soon after. Alyssa met her fiancé in Fort Worth with whom she has two sons. Additionally, they have a dog named Bailey. She enjoys spending time with her family, going on walks, and playing board games!
Karla Carrillo – Dental Assistant
As a dedicated dental assistant, Karla loves helping patients feel comfortable and confident during their visits. Seeing smiles on their faces is the most rewarding part of her day. Outside of work, she is a proud mom of three who cherishes spending time with her kids. Karla enjoys the outdoors, especially taking in beautiful sky views! She believes a warm, approachable attitude can brighten anyone’s day.
Creighton Lee – Dental Assistant
Creighton grew up in West and South Texas before moving to Ft. Worth and graduating from Texas Christian University with a degree in Biology. He enjoys working in dentistry because it allows him to combine his interest in science with the opportunity to help people feel more confident in their smiles. Creighton’s goal is to attend dental school and continue serving patients as a dentist in the future. Outside of the office, he enjoys cooking, barbecue, and creating food content for social media.
Rosie – Director Of Goodwill
Rosie was found under Dr. Spear’s Rosemary bush on a cold April day over five years ago. Soon after, she became a fixture in the practice, welcoming patients and monitoring the office. Rosie loves coming to work each day!
